How nice of you that you have found our website. We, Remo and Annette Fritsche-Imanse, moved into this beautiful old house in Gais in 2001. We were immediately fascinated with the house that was built in 1885. Since the house consists of two apartment, we immediately knew that we were going to turn the second apartment into a holiday apartment. We had the apartment up for rent from 2002 and onwards. 

Unfortunately, we have decided to stop renting the apartment from 01-01-2024 onwards. For years we've had great fun and it was our pleasure to welcome so many people in the Appenzellerland. We want to thank all of the guest who stayed in our apartment. Additionally, special thanks to Gert and Nathan for creating and maintaining our website.
